How we use and store your Personal Data:

GENERAL PRIVACY
The information you provide via email/telephone for enquiries, quotations and for booking in jobs will be used solely within OJC Towbars. We do not share customer details with any third parties. We plan on keeping the stored data for no longer than 10 years.

PURCHASING DATA
When you book in a towbar/parking sensors/reversing camera to be fitted, your name, address and contact number are stored in our works diary. Your personal details are then transferred onto an invoice, of which a copy is given to you after the job is complete, and the other hard copy is stored in our business files.  We will not use your data to send you any promotional information unless you have opted in to do so.
We use your data for contacting you if we need to obtain or provide additional information.

THIRD PARTIES
Under no circumstances will we sell, trade or rent email lists or your personal information to others.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold at any time, simply email your request to: info@ojctowbars.co.uk.
